Terms for using Sync & Thrive

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sync & Thrive websites, quiz, dashboard, emails, subscriptions, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Using Sync & Thrive

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use Sync & Thrive.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful, personal, or internal household use.

Wellness content is not professional advice

  • Sync & Thrive provides educational wellness and relationship-alignment content. It is not medical, nutritional, mental health, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
  • The Sync Score, quiz interpretation, 7-Day Plan, emails, prompts, and dashboard features are self-guided tools and should not replace qualified professional care.
  • If you have a medical condition, mental health concern, safety concern, eating disorder history, injury, pregnancy-related question, or other health issue, consult a qualified professional before using recommendations from the service.
  • If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services or a crisis resource in your area.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

  • Some features require a paid monthly or annual subscription. Pricing, billing period, renewal terms, and checkout details are shown at purchase.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel through the billing tools provided in your account or checkout flow.
  • Except where required by law or stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable. We may consider refund requests case by case.

User content and generated plans

  • You retain ownership of quiz answers, notes, preferences, and other content you submit.
  • You grant Sync & Thrive permission to use that content to operate, personalize, secure, support, and improve the service.
  • Generated scores, plans, prompts, badges, and interpretations are provided for your personal use and may vary based on the information available at the time.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with product infrastructure, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service to violate the rights of others.
  • Do not submit unlawful, abusive, harassing, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Do not use Sync & Thrive for emergency response, clinical diagnosis, professional treatment, or high-risk decisions.

Intellectual property

  • The Sync & Thrive brand, website, software, copy, design, prompts, graphics, and product experience are owned by Sync & Thrive or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.

Third-party services

  • The service may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, payment processing, analytics, email, newsletters, and related infrastructure.
  • Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Sync & Thrive is not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every personal situation.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sync & Thrive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Sync & Thrive in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes and termination

  • We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide notice when appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
