How Sync & Thrive handles your information

This Privacy Policy explains how Sync & Thrive collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, quiz, dashboard, emails, subscriptions, and related services.

Information we collect

Account information, including your name, email address, profile image, sign-in provider, and basic account identifiers.
Quiz and plan information, including your Sync Quiz answers, relationship context, wellness preferences, time zone, generated Sync Score, quiz interpretation, share badge data, and 7-Day Plan progress.
Check-in information, including daily sleep, stress, movement, optional typed private reflections, extracted wellness signals, and share-safe summaries or suggested actions.
Payment and subscription information processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Communications you send to us, including support requests, feedback, contact form submissions, and newsletter preferences.
Usage, device, cookie, attribution, and analytics information, including pages viewed, approximate device/browser data, referral source, and product events.

How we use information

To provide the Sync Quiz, Sync Score, dashboard, share badge, 7-Day Plan, emails, account features, and customer support.
To personalize your experience based on quiz results, selected life context, preferences, and prior plan activity.
To convert optional typed check-ins into structured daily logs, private summaries, and limited partner-facing signals that support shared planning.
To process purchases, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, maintain security, and troubleshoot the service.
To send transactional emails, product updates, newsletter content, follow-up polls when you consent, and other communications you request.
To analyze performance, improve the product, develop new features, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us run the product, including hosting, authentication, database, email, analytics, newsletter, payment, and support providers.
When you use paired couple features, your partner may see shared metrics, partner-safe summaries, and suggested actions. Raw private check-in reflections are not shown to your partner by default.
We may share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, financing, or acquisition.
We do not sell personal information. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Health and relationship information

Sync & Thrive is a wellness and relationship-alignment product, not a medical provider, mental health provider, dietitian, therapist, or emergency service.
Quiz responses, check-ins, private reflections, and plan activity may include wellness-related context. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing with a consumer wellness product.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, abuse, or an urgent safety issue, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. Transactional messages may still be sent when needed to provide the service.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your request.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
You can cancel paid subscriptions from your account settings or through the billing flow made available in the product.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve the product.

Children

Sync & Thrive is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when appropriate.
